Due to increased shipping volumes and carrier delays, you may see a slight delay regarding the shipment of your order. We are working diligently to process your order as quicly as possible. We will email you a tracking number as soon as it is available. The trackign number will update as soon as the shipment begins to move.

Order Returns for Canada
Our standard return policy is 30 days from time of purchase for all orders. Items have to be in NEW and UNUSED condition with the original TAGS attached.
You can return unwanted items free of charge. * Large items are excluded from free returns shipment. Additional freight and restocking charges will apply for returns and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact our Customer Service at customerservice@porsche-design.com to request a return label to be emailed to you. Please provide your order number when emailing us.
We will send you a new return label per e-mail as soon as possible so that you can return your unwanted items to us.
* Large items including but not limited to E-Bikes, Soundbar Pro, Porsche Jump, Gaming Chair are not eligible for FREE Ground Shipping & FREE Returns or FREE Express Shipping. Additional Freight charges will apply for shipping and returns. Express shipping is not available for above mentioned Large items.

The essence of unbridled freedom in an exclusive gift set. It contains Porsche Design Pure Life Eau de Parfum (100 ml) and the matching hair and body shampoo (200 ml). Initially, the freshness of bergamot, pink pepper and ginger evoke a sense of freedom. These invigorating hints lead to a base of maritime notes, juniper berries and lavandin. The base forms an enchanting blend of cedar wood, incense and musk, creating an atmosphere of pure elegance. The sensual and complex aromas express a sophisticated sensitivity – a sign that true freedom lies in going your own way. The bottle, designed by Studio F. A. Porsche, reflects the self-confident elegance and masculine sophistication of the vegan Eau de Parfum: translucent, Turquoise lacquered glass meets brushed aluminium. The innovative pump mechanism with an aluminium front is seamlessly integrated into the glass cube. A transport clip protects the scent on journeys or in your gym bag. The satin, Turquoise tube of the hair and body shampoo is made of Green PE, a renewable raw material obtained from sugar cane.

No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.
Delivery costs: We offer free standard shipping for all orders to any destination within Europe. Our express shipping within Germany is €12; outside of Germany €25 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Express shipping to Great Britain is not available.
Shipping time: We process your orders on the same day, delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order can take up to 7 business days to arrive. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporarily. Since all our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Germany, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for orders to Great Britain.
